Getting started

Dial the 800 number assigned to your account, ( 1-800-527-3945 default ) then enter your ad number to listen to your advertisement. If this is your first time using talking ads you will first need to enter administrative mode to record your ad message. To do this you will need to press star when prompted to enter your ad number, then enter your ad number and password.

Setting up your out call number

Once in administrative mode press 1 to setup your out call number This is the number that a potential buyer will be transferred to when calling your ad number.

Recording your ad message

Press 4 in administrative mode to setup your ad message options, once in this option press 1 to listen to your message, press 2 to record your message, press 3 to save your message or press star to exit. This is the message that a potential buyer will here when calling your ad number

Listing your item as sold

Press 9 in administrative mode to enter this option once in this option press 1 to list the item as sold. Be aware once the item is listed as sold you will no longer be able to change this option

Getting started

Dial the 800 number assigned to your account, ( 1-800-527-3945 default ) then enter your ad number to listen to your advertisement. If this is your first time using talking ads you will first need to enter administrative mode to record your ad message. To do this you will need to press star when prompted to enter your ad number, then enter your ad number and password.

Setting up your out call number and time

Once in administrative mode press 1 to setup your out call number and time. This is the number that a potential buyer will be transferred to when calling your ad number. After you have done this it will prompt you to enter the time you wish that number to start receiving calls. For example if you wish to start receiving at 8:30 you would press 830

It will then ask you for am or pm press 1 for am and 2 for pm, type in the time the same way for when you want to stop receiving calls. It will then ask you for your time zone press 1 for eastern, 2 for central, 3 for mountain, 4 for pacific, 5 for Alaskan, or 6 for Hawaiian.

Activating or deactivating your out call options

Press 2 in administrative mode to enter this option. Once in this option press 1 to activate or press 2 to deactivate your out call options. Once deactivated calls will no longer be forwarded to your out call number, instead it will go to your voicemail.

Recording your ad message

Press 4 in administrative mode to setup your ad message options, once in this option press 1 to listen to your message, press 2 to record your message, press 3 to save your message or press star to exit. This is the message that a potential buyer will here when calling your ad number

Recording your voicemail message

Press 6 in administrative mode to record your voicemail message, once in this option press 1 to listen to your message, 2 to record your message, 3 to save your message, or press star to exit

Checking your voicemail messages or administrating your voicemail box

Press 7 in administrative mode to check your voicemail or to administrate your voicemail box. Once in this option press 1 to listen to your messages, 2 to listen to your saved messages, 3 to send a message, 4 to change your mailbox settings, 5 to place a call, or press star to exit. Once your in the mailbox settings press 1 to change your password, 2 to record your name, 3 to record a greeting, 4 to change your directory entry, 5 to change your notification options, 6 to change your forwarding options, 7 to change your fax forwarding options, 8 to manage your distribution list or press star to exit.

Listing your item as sold

Press 9 in administrative mode to enter this option once in this option press 1 to list the item as sold. Be aware once the item is listed as sold you will no longer be able to change this option

This is a message you want your agent to listen to. For example if your were trying to sell your house you might say something like I left the back door unlocked so you can get in. that’s information you only want your agent to know

Recording your voicemail message

Press 6 in administrative mode to record your voicemail message, once in this option press 1 to listen to your message, 2 to record your message, 3 to save your message, or press star to exit.
