Classified Extension Number: Feature: The way that classified advertising works is that we have a special dial in telephone number that answers with, "thank you for calling, talking ads, please enter the ad extension number" |
Directions: When you purchase your talking classified ad, you will be given a telephone and extension or "AD" number. This is the number that your potential customers will dial to listen to your classified ad. You will also be given a unique password to set up your ad extension. This number is used to enter the system administration menu where you enter the telephone number the call will be forwarded to and record your message as well as the more advanced features. |
Up to 60 second advertising message. Feature: Once the caller enters the classified extension number, the system will play your talking advertisement. With the advances service, you have a full minute to speak about your product or service prior to it forwarding to your number. The caller can also at any time during the message press 1 to be forwarded immediately.

Forwards to sellers defined phone number Feature: After the caller has listened to your classified message, the call will then be forwarded to the telephone number you chose. This insures that your perspective buyer is genuinely interested in your product prior to having them call you. |
Directions: After you enter your password and in the system administration menu, the first prompt you will hear is "press 1 to set outcall telephone number" This is the number that you would like the system to forward to. When entering this number, please enter the entire number as if you were being called long distance. For Example: "12135568942" |
Item Sold Option Feature: The Item Sold feature is probably one of the largest's incentives for purchasing a talking classified ad. How many times have you advertised something for sale and sold it fairly fast? The only problem with this is the number of calls you get while your advertisement is still out. Calls during dinner, in the middle of the nigh t.. all for something that's already gone. With Talking classifieds, once you sell your product, you can call into the system and mark your item as sold. This changes your advertising message to a different "I'm sorry, this item has been sold, thank you for calling." and cancels the forwarding feature. |

Voice mail Feature: As one of the premium features of the Talking Classified system, we have added a voice mail messaging system. As one of the more annoying parts of selling products with classified advertising, it's having to be by the phone, all the time, waiting for these sales calls. |

Activate on or off switch Feature: There are always times when you just don't want the phone to ring. Your stepping out to the store, your sitting down for dinner... There are many reasons. With Talking Classifieds enhanced services, you can simply turn it off and send calls to voice mail. |

Time of day call routing Feature: With Time of day call routing, you can set what time you want to receive calls and when you want them sent to voice mail. This is especially useful at night or when your at work. |
| Directions: While in administration mode, press option 2 to change the time that the system will forward calls to you number and then the time that it will stop. The system default is 12:01 to 23:59 (11:59 PM). Please enter the time in military format. |
Special password protected Agent message. Feature: There are always different pieces of information that one realtor might want to pass on to another. Commission data or special terms or conditions of the sale. We have added a special section that is only accessible to Professional Real Estate Agents that have an account with Talking Real Estate. This section is password protected and isn't prompted during the main administration menu.

All calls will ring directly through our network to the messaging you choose and all reporting will still be captured in our online database. |
