The History

 

1-Plus Services has been in business providing telecommunications voice solutions for well over 20 years now.

Starting in 1984 as Riverside Telecommunications Services (RTS) , RTS provided state of the art telephone systems to small and medium sized companies and amassed a customer base of over 2200 commercial customers throughout southern California.

In 1989 as deregulation in the long distance industry exploded, RTS took a more national stance with our customer base and contracted with AT&T to be one of the first domestic long distance resellers in southern California. It was at this time that RTS changed it's name to 1-Plus Services to define more appropriately our mission statement.

In 1997, 1-Plus was contracted to provide an intelligent voice response system for the fast growing calling card industry. During this period, the prepaid calling card and International callback industries grew at an incredible rate and we found ourselves spending all our time expanding and improving the features of our intelligent switching systems.

Since that time, 1-Plus has moved ahead in all aspects of Intelligent switching systems from voice and fax mail systems, VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) billing and reconciliation switches to advertising and office automation. With installations in more then 30 countries worldwide, 1-Plus has the experience and expertise to deliver the products or services you need.
