The One Chat Agent
The Intelligent Chat service or "One Chat Agent" is a web chat plug in for your marketing website. It is designed to be available to your customers while shopping your site as well as an automatic pop-up should your customer leave a page prior to submitting to the next sales or form page.
The One Chat Agent begins with an open chat window and a set of programmable greeting messages that appear in the window in timed intervals. Here you can list your initial greeting, any specials you may be having and an enticement to get them to continue shopping.
Once they begin asking questions, the One Chat Agent has an intelligent question and answer section using a dynamic search function that allows you to enter answers to typical questions your customers may ask. If for any reason, the One Chat Agent doesn't recognize a question, it simply answers with your default message.
As soon as your customer begins their chat, they are inserted into the Agents chat
queue with a status of waiting. This chat is available to any agent logged in for this service by simply selecting the chat.
When the agent selects the chat, they can review the entire session prior to beginning to chat. During this time, the intelligent feature continues to answer your customer’s questions until your ready to join. Once you join the chat,
the feature turns off so as not to confuse your customer with multiple answers to their questions.
